What can I get help with?
Yes, all sessions are recorded for you and Specialist Tutors to view. You may request a recording of your lesson from your Specialist Tutors.
By signing up, you agree to you, or your child's, lessons being recorded. For students under the age of 18, we will need parental or guardian consent to book or record a lesson. Recordings will be erased after 30 days from the date lessons were recorded.

Can I review my previous sessions?
Yes. We offer lessons packages for 1, 2, 4, 5 and 10 hours. The more lessons you book, the more discounts will be available.

How do I get a tutor?
Specialist Tutors will select a tutor who best suits your study needs. For example, if you require an exam specialist, we will select an exam specialist qualified and confident to teach your subject to the highest degree.
What's the minimum time to work with a tutor?
Each session lasts for a minimum of 1 hour. Further sessions may be booked according to your schedule and that of your tutor. Cancellations made between 1-24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the following 60 days.
